How do I enter?
Buy tickets online with a card or Apple/Google Pay, or enter for free by post — full postal instructions are on every competition page.
How is the winner selected?
Every draw uses a cryptographically secure random number generator over the full pool of sold and free-entry tickets. Draws are recorded and published for transparency.
When do I get my prize?
Cash prizes are paid within 48 hours by bank transfer. Physical prizes are delivered within 14 days, insured and tracked.
Is there a free entry route?
Yes. Every paid competition on SOBO includes a free postal entry route so you can take part without buying a ticket.
Do I have to be in the UK?
You must be 18+ and a UK resident to enter.
