Eligibility
Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of SOBO Competitions Ltd and their immediate family may not enter.
Entry methods
Entrants may purchase tickets through the website or enter free of charge by post. Full postal entry instructions are provided on every competition page.
Winner selection
Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator across all valid paid and postal entries. Each draw is logged with a unique seed and recorded for audit.
Prize claim
Cash prizes are paid within 48 hours by bank transfer. Physical prizes are insured and delivered within 14 days.
Refunds and cancellations
Ticket purchases are non-refundable once entered into a draw, except where required by law.
